She looks like a stripper therapist! Put a space in there and it's 'the rapist'? This is a remake of an older one. Sorry for not submitting stuff in a while, I've been stupid busy... I have fried brains...
I really like your coloring here, especially, as previously commented on, Nightstar's eyes. I think the coloring could be improved if you subdued the purple in her costume by making it darker or more neutral so that Nightstar's brilliant hair and eyes take center stage. The way the coloring is now makes my eye dart everywhere a bit. Otherwise, I like how you captured her personality. She really is the daughter of Starfire and Nightwing.
I absolutely adore the way you colored her eyes!! What did you use to color this? Colored pencils? Because if so, then you are a god in my book because I can't color anything this well with colored pencils.
Very, beautiful piece of art here ninatooley and damn love the whole elegant and sexy blend of her costume, damn those orange skinned alien girls know how to impress.
Anycase you did some amazing talented work on the coloring, really taking the attention and time to add every inch of detail from the bends in clothes to even the way some parts of her clothing shines as it catches the light, quite stunning really.
Certainly will credit your traditional art skills though, your lines are flawless again the color is the same way, your a true pro from the fact that its so hard to take my eyes off her, even for a second.
She really charms you in with those eyes and love the way the purple adds to it too. Again very alien in their design but your clever to draw them in such a way it still seems human and just incredible to look at.
Lastly a hats off on the hair. Not just how it looks but how it flows, curls and feels so real to look at, your a talented deviant it seems when it comes to catching the realism in your art. So please keep up the fantastic work and sorry for the long comment, bravo though ninatooley!
First off, Thank you so much! The fact that you would write something this long and sweet is amazing. And yes indeedy, they do! They dress to impress Secondly, thank you...again! I worked hard, so it better have had showed.
Oh, and I actually thought about changing the hair in photoshop, but I changed my mind. Finally, thank you so much, you've made my day a million times better much better.
Well one does like to try and support those around than leaving something small and not helpful at all. Besides there's always alot more to say about someone's art and your without a doubt dropped a jaw over here.
It shows the work you did, both for beauty, charm and overall sass with Nightstar, have to look more into her one time or another thanks to you! ^-^
Glad you kept her hair as it was, beautiful, natural and lush. And please thank you more than anything for generating such a worthy specimen of finesse. *tips hat*
Don't you dare say that, hell either that or shall gladly pester your work many more times at how obviously epic it be, lol.
But be sure to share those words with others. You may not get back the response you want but sometimes you'll get to meet some truly talented and kind people, much like yourself. *nods*
Would probably be there to drop a million comments if you did so but your more than welcome nintooley, really feels nice to talk to people again here than sometimes feeling like feeding their ego. *shudders*
Wow! I simply LOVE this! Nightstar is a really beautiful character and you certainly did her justice! I mean, it's fantastic... I adore her face, especially the lips and the eyes - mostly because of amazing shading. You did awesome job colouring this one, in particular hair looks gorgeous. It must have been a lot of work, but it was worth it! I even think the "blank" background somehow fits, since it's a colorful picture already. My Nightstar, she's so precious... Thank you for drawing her!
